Hey gang, just wanted to drop a quick note to let you know the guys over at Diggnation held a little informal poll on female preferences for male scents and they posted some of the feedback on their forums. We'll see if we can't get a few of those for review. Enjoy!

Bulgari Extreme

A couple news item before we get into this week's review. First of all, I apologize for the lack of activity the last couple weeks; I was traveling. Second, I have to point out that Sari liked CKIN2U so much she bought it for her boyfriend, and I just found out that Liz bought Light Blue for her boyfriend. You can't get any better endorsement than that.

Now on to the juicy stuff. This week the ladies reviewed Bulgari Extreme. Liz had spent the weekend cologne shopping for her boyfriend and wasn't too hot on smelling yet another, but she persevered and took one for the team. She described the scent as familiar and citrus-y, very fresh and bad boy. She elaborated on the image as something you would smell at a high-end martini bar, where the cocktails are expensive and the women are "surgically enhanced" (my terminology, not hers).

Sari described the it as a cucumber-esque smell. She continued with fruit-ish, clean, sweet, and a little powder-y. Sari knew this was a cologne I wear quite often so she was hesitant to spill her guts, but I dragged it out of her. She hated it! She described the smell as hitting her like an annoying BEEP. It reminded her of that guy at the club that you just want to avoid, because he's kinda creepy. After that review I might have to dump my bottle down the drain. But it just so happens to be a favorite of Annette's, and she picked it out for me, so I'll keep wearing it.
